The Lakeview Rooms overlook Lake Severin and are located inside the Main Museum Center with seating up to 200 guests with outdoor patio access. This room is climate controlled with a built in sound system and is close to parking. Table and chair setup included. $125 per hour / 4 hour minimum. Partial room rental $50 per hour / 4 hour minimum.
This two-story barn is located in the Victorian Village with seating up to 200 guests on two floors with private restrooms, elevator and assisted heating. Table and chair setup included. $125 per hour / 4 hour minimum. Week day or Seasonal Rentals only.
The Chamberlain Hotel is located on Main Street in the Victorian Village and seats up to 40 guests for a special occasion year round. The Hotel is climate controlled with private restrooms. $250 for 4 hours.
Midway Community Church
This quaint church (Circa 1883) is a perfect spot for an intimate wedding ceremony, baptism or religious celebration. Seating up to 75 with working church bell located inside the village. $250 for 3 hours.
Midway Village Museum requires that all food come from a Midway Village approved caterer. Clients should include time necessary for set-up and take-down within the rental period.

$100 for parties of 25 or less / $200 for parties over 25 guests

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Initial booking deposits of half of the total rental fee and damage deposit are required on all events to secure the space. These deposits are due within two weeks upon receipt of contract. Deposits are nonrefundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining rental balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Midway Village Museum accepts checks, cash and credit cards for payment.
