Lakeview Rooms

The Lakeview Rooms overlook Lake Severin and are located inside the Main Museum Center with seating up to 240 guests with outdoor patio access. This room can be divided into three smaller rooms each seating 65 guests each. Two built-in screens available.

1 Room: half day - $350 / full day - $600
2 Rooms: Corporate half day - $600 / full day - $1050
3 Rooms: Corporate half day - $750 / full day - $1350

The Carlson Room

The Carlson Room is located inside the main museum center and seats up to 50 guests. It has a built-in screen and is adjacent to our Many Faces Exhibit.

The Rockford Room and Founders' Library

Collaborate, ideate and express yourself in style. Each private room offers a large boardroom style table and comfortable chairs for seating up to 12 guests. Rooms include complimentary coffee service.

1905 Barn

This two-story barn is located in the Victorian Village with seating up to 200 guests on two floors with private restrooms, elevator and assisted heating. Available weekdays April - November.

Corporate half day - $500 /full day $750

Chamberlain Hotel

The Chamberlain Hotel is located on Main Street in the Victorian Village and seats up to 40 guests for a special occasion year-round. The Hotel is climate controlled with private restrooms. Half day $375 (four hours or less)

Midway Community Church

This quaint church (Circa 1883) is a perfect spot for an intimate wedding ceremony, baptism or religious celebration. Seating up to 75 with working church bell located inside the village.

Refundable Security Deposit
$100 for parties of 25 or less / $200 for parties over 25 guests

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Initial booking deposits of half of the total rental fee and damage deposit are required on all events to secure space. Space is not secured until receipt of contract. Deposits are nonrefundable in the event of cancellation or postponement. The remaining rental balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Midway Village Museum accepts checks, cash and credit cards for payment.

*Full service food and beverage options available All food and beverage must be from a licensed, commercial kitchen – no home-prepared foods permitted. All alcoholic beverages must be provided by one of our approved caterers.
