Thank you for supporting Midway Village Museum. You can donate online using any major credit card or your Paypal account (optional).

To make a donation, please provide your Supporter/Donation Information in Step 1 and click the submit button. Next, just choose an amount and click the “Donate” in Step 2.

If you are having difficulties processing your donation, please call our Development Office at 815-397-9112, Ext. 109, to make a contribution. Or, if you prefer to mail a contribution, the museum address is Midway Village Museum, 6799 Guilford Road, Rockford, Illinois, 61107.
